Membership of the Public Libraries NSW - Country is open to each country council directly providing or contributing funds towards a public library service, and to each country public library service that is jointly provided by several councils. The Public Libraries NSW - Country will accept associate members at an annual subscription of $100 For further details please refer to the Membership section of the Public Libraries NSW - Country Constitution
